Need of a Business Partner

I own a succesful concession business and would like to expand to a restaurant.  The problem is I do not have good credit (Due to tenent issues when I use to own and rent property in what is a bad buyers/renters market). This partner should have good credit and a willingness to lease a building from the current owner, they will then sublease to me and I will then open the restaurant and pay a monthly rent to the partner.

About boatman38

We have been trying to get funding for a placer gold mine in Canada for about a year now. We have a potential to make millions.  Everyone is skeptical about this type of investing.  From where I am its not a dangerous investment, we have geological survey maps, metalic reading maps from geological assesments and other maps pointing us to the hot spots the gold and silver lives.   Does anyone have any ideas?  We are want to offer partnerships, high interest or whatever it takes.

Cannot pay rent bills am about to be homeless desperate for assistance. And the bad part is my phone is still ringing for. Limousine service. Trying to restart and not loose all passengers that I have worked 24/7 to get. The gross is there the cost is low. Will do this on my on if just haf some financial help.
